Daniel Heller is a highly analytical and entrepreneurial Chief Financial Officer with over 20 years of progressive leadership experience directing corporate finance, accounting, private equity, and portfolio company operations.
In his former role, he helped grow Lamb Insurance Services from a startup to one of the top 100 largest insurance brokers in the country. Daniel was instrumental in building the IT, HR, and Finance teams from scratch and he conceptualized, created, and executed broad long-term strategies. Prior to his role at Lamb Insurance Services Daniel had a 10-year career in investment banking and private equity where he completed over 40 transactions while working for some of the largest investment banking and private equity firms in the region.
Daniel holds degrees in Finance and Marketing from Lehigh University and an MBA from Columbia Business. He has also been recognized as Philadelphia Business Journal’s Chief Financial Officer of the Year in 2017.
Daniel loves reading, spending time with his family, and skiing.
