Scott W. Beckett, Ph.D.

Scott Beckett has been a consultant at Insigniam for over 25 years. He heads the company’s Design and Innovation team.

Scott’s practice is centered on working with executive leadership to initiate and execute enterprise-wide initiatives where nothing less than a significant transformation and breakthrough is called for. Working across nearly all industries and verticals, Scott’s expertise is in getting teams and entire organizations to cause the unlikely and the unprecedented when the presenting circumstances are calling for more of the same. Whether working with technologists, marketing and business leaders, those in the executive suite, or those at the frontline of delivery, Scott is known for empowerment and accomplishment in a way few others can provide.

An Eagle Scout, Scott served as the Director of Program for the 24th World Scout Jamboree. He is a member of the executive board of the Boy Scouts of America, as well as several other non-profit organizations.

Scott holds an M.A. and a B.A. from the University of Denver and holds a Ph.D. in global leadership and transformative learning from Pepperdine University.
